Manuscript Requirements
All submitted manuscripts must strictly adhere to the following guidelines:
■ Language: Submitted manuscripts must be typewritten in English.
■ Length: Regular papers are normally limited to 30 typed pages.
■ Format: Manuscripts should be prepared using Microsoft Word 7.0 (or an upgraded version).
■ Submission Method: Electronic submission (in .doc, or .zip compressed postscript) of manuscripts is required. Submissions must be sent to the Chief Editor or Executive Editor.

Manuscript Arrangement and Style
1. Papers should be arranged in the following required order of presentation:
■ First Page Must Contain:
Title of paper (without Symbols)
■ Author(s)
■ Abstract
■ 4 to 6 suggested keywords
■ Completed affiliation(s), email address, and mailing address of the correspondence author.
2. The Text: (Insert the Tables and Figures within the text.)
3. Acknowledgements: (If any, for financial or other support.)
4. References
5. Appendix (If necessary)

Review Process
The International Journal of Uncertainty and Innovation Research (IJUIR) is committed to publishing high-quality, original research.
■ All submitted papers will undergo a double-blind peer review process.

Style for Illustrations (Figures and Tables)
■ Original drawings should be in black ink on a white background.
■ Maximum size should not be larger than 15 by 22.7 cm.
■ All lettering should be large enough to permit legible reduction of the Figure to column width (sometimes as small as one quarter of the original size).

Page Charges
The publication fee helps cover the costs of the journal’s double-blind peer review, typesetting, hosting, and archiving.
■ Base Publication Fee: US$200 for a manuscript that has been accepted for publication (covers up to 30 printed pages).
■ Over Length Page Charge: A mandatory over length page charge of US$10 is required for each page in excess of 10 pages for a paper.

Copyright
■ It is the policy of the Chinese Grey System Association (CGSA) to own the copyright to the technical contributions it publishes on behalf of the interests of the CGSA. The copyright will be created after paper publication.
■ Upon acceptance of a paper, authors will be requested to supply their biographies (100 to 200 words) and the final version of their manuscript.
